I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are trying to make sense of their emotions and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Many of my clients are motivated to grow and create change but benefit from support, guidance, and tools to help them reconnect with themselves and navigate life more intentionally.
I work best with individuals who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or social stress and are seeking a deeper understanding of their emotions alongside practical support for change.
Clients who value a compassionate, collaborative approach and want to build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience often find this work to be a good fit.
I work with clients age 16+
My approach centers on strengthening the mind–body connection, deepening emotional awareness, and cultivating self-compassion. I meet clients where they are, offering a grounded and realistic perspective while gently challenging patterns that may be contributing to distress or feeling stuck.
I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered therapy to support insight, coping skills, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for each client.
Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and focused on building trust over time. Sessions are intentional yet flexible, allowing space for both reflection and practical problem-solving. We’ll work together to clarify goals, explore patterns, and develop strategies that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Part of the work is slowing things down, making sense of what’s happening internally, and moving forward in a way that feels aligned rather than forced.
If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to reach out to ask questions or schedule a consultation. I’m happy to help you explore whether my approach feels like a good fit for your goals and needs.
