I provide evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational stress. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical, helping clients better understand their inner experiences while developing skills to support meaningful, lasting change.
I work best with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and want to better understand what’s driving their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, identity shifts, or life transitions, and are looking for practical tools alongside deeper insight.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. I focus on helping clients build insight into their inner experiences while also developing practical skills to navigate daily life more effectively.
Alongside deeper exploration, I also take a solution-focused approach—helping clients identify what’s already working, clarify goals, and make practical changes that improve day-to-day life.
When appropriate, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as a way to support deeper therapeutic work. This approach is always integrated thoughtfully and collaboratively, with careful attention to safety, pacing, and each client’s readiness.
Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and focused on building trust over time. Sessions are intentional yet flexible, allowing space for both reflection and practical problem-solving. We’ll work together to clarify goals, explore patterns, and develop strategies that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Part of the work is slowing things down, making sense of what’s happening internally, and moving forward in a way that feels aligned rather than forced.
If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to reach out to schedule a consultation or ask any questions you may have. I’m happy to help you determine whether my approach is a good fit for your needs.
