I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania providing therapy under the supervision of Lauren Sandulli, LPC, as I work toward independent licensure. My clinical experience includes providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults in both school-based and outpatient settings, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating groups, and supporting clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in research-informed, evidence-based therapies, and I strive to provide thoughtful, collaborative care that helps clients build practical skills and create meaningful, lasting change.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are motivated to better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, and develop the skills needed to create lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or navigating a major life transition, I strive to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow.
My approach is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered philosophy, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, values-based goals.
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I believe meaningful change happens when you're willing to challenge yourself in a supportive and collaborative environment. Together, we'll identify your existing strengths, build resilience, and work toward lasting change at a pace that feels both intentional and achievable. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to step outside your comfort zone, overcome life's challenges, and continue growing long after therapy ends.
If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to schedule a consultation or ask any questions you may have. I’m happy to help you determine whether my approach is a good fit for you.
